Meditate at the Museum

The Colors Of Life

On April 10. 2022 I had the great pleasure teaching the Colors of Life – Chakra Balancing Workshop to a wonderful group of students at the Westmoreland Museum of American Art.

Students learned to heal themselves, balanced their bodies, mind, and spirit utilizing the colors of the rainbow, and deepened their understanding of the specific needs of their bodies and mind.

The guided meditation was accompanied by a ‘Sound Bath’ – the relaxing sound of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, which induce alpha wave level activity of the brain, balance the hemispheres of the brain and resonate within every cell of the body, creating health, balance, and harmony.

Relaxation

The deep relaxation during a sound bath meditation allows students to connect to their higher self and receive clear guidance for health, healing, well-being and living a good life.
