Do you cultivate happiness every day? Do you mark time in your schedule for the things and activities that make you happy? My goal is to find time in my schedule everyday for the things that I enjoy the most. Even if it is just 10 or 15 minutes for a brief meditation.
I call it Flow Time. Flow Time is important to nourish our souls and refill our batteries, so we are able to deal with the high demands of life in our Modern Western Society.
For me one of my happy Flow Time activities is, of course, motorcycle riding.
Last evening I experienced great moments of happiness. I enjoyed taking the super machine for a spin along my favorite country roads after a good and productive workday and then I expanded my consciousness with a nice meditation at Cross Creek Lake.
Today I am looking forward to another great day with many potential moments of happiness. Wishing the same for you.
